After last winter, that really wasn’t winter, this year we are getting it and getting it “good”. Delta has been doing a good job at getting ahead of storms and giving flyers a chance to avoid getting stuck at the airport by offering fee free changes before the storms even hit. Today and tomorrow look like more “fun” is on the way to much of the Midwest, including DTW, and you may be impacted as you can see above.

Also of note, for those in the NYC area, it would seem that “The New York City School system has rescheduled the public school’s February break“. So, if you have spring break trips planned (that is trips planned FROM NYC area 15FEB-24FEB 2013), you may want to look at them regarding your flights and hotel and car reservations.
